Location: Vaughan ( Weston Rd )
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and SLA requirements
- Review vendor qualifications and pricing to ensure quality of service
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience in Facility Services
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
COVID-19 considerations:
During COVID 19 our office is only allowing half occupancy to meet social distancing guidelines. Therefore all members of our team are working remotely every other week. Once it is deemed safe we will revert back to full occupancy.
